There were plenty of leaked versions of the 125th anniversary Arsenal jersey going around the internet prior to the official unveiling of the strip by Arsenal. Fans interested in buying the jersey can place their pre-orders now, with the jersey officially going on sale on 9 June 2011.
As one might have expected, it is a return to the classy strips of the 1970′s, with a simple red and white shirt, white shorts and red socks. The special point of the jersey is the club crest and the 15 laurel leaves to the left part of the crest, reflecting the 15 men who were instrumental in founding the club.
